Technology changes. Your company stays in control.

Thoughtfully made automation and tools to organise your business workflows, with human review and clearly defined scope.

Clearly scoped projects

One enquiry. A clear next step.

If enquiries arrive incomplete or follow-up responsibility is unclear, this is a workflow we can examine.

Organise enquiries
Gather the required information, identify what is missing and assign an owner. Enquiry sources and access are confirmed before the project.
Prepare the next contact
Define the next step and prepare a response for review. The responsible person decides the content and sends it manually.
Hand over control
Installation in the agreed customer accounts, instructions and training. The proposal defines usage rights, export and support boundaries.

See how everything connects.

See the process before deciding.

Recorded demonstration with fictional data. It does not represent a customer or a production integration.

Silent video with a Portuguese interface. The written walkthrough below describes the content in English.

The example covers an enquiry, assigning an owner, preparing follow-up and recovering data. Sending remains manual. Google, hosted authentication and compatibility on the customer device require separate tests.

  1. Open an example enquiry and inspect the available information.
  2. Assign an owner and set the next-contact date.
  3. Prepare and review a response. Copying does not mean sending.
  4. Save, reload and check state. Demonstrate duplicate prevention, export and restore.

From the problem to everyday use.

A short email description helps establish whether to proceed. A call happens only when it helps clarify the work.

  1. Describe the task

Tell us what you want to improve, which tools you use and what outcome would matter. Leave out credentials and customer records.

  2. Choose an appropriate response

We may ask a question, suggest an existing tool, propose a bounded conversation or conclude that we are not the right fit.

  3. Agree the work

Scope, price, third-party costs, timing and acceptance criteria are defined before contracting. The first message does not include a free audit.

  4. Check and hand over

Delivery includes the agreed tests and instructions. Access, recovery arrangements and support after delivery are confirmed.

Before we speak.

When does it make sense to contact you?

When there is a recurring task and someone who can explain the process and authorise a change. Our first focus is enquiries, missing information and follow-up in small service businesses. Fit still needs to be confirmed.

Could a spreadsheet or existing product be enough?

Yes. If an available product solves the process at an acceptable effort and cost, it may be the better choice. Building a tool requires justifying its additional configuration and maintenance.

Will another tool create more work?

It might. We examine daily use, access and who will maintain the process. The demonstration helps discuss that effort; it does not prove savings in your business.

What does it cost and what is excluded?

Price depends on scope, integrations, configuration, tests and support. The proposal separates setup from recurring costs. Automatic messaging, broad migrations, untested integrations and unlimited support are not included by default.

What remains under my control?

The agreed data and accounts remain under your responsibility, with defined instructions and export. The contract identifies software rights; reusable Foundline components may be licensed without transferring their ownership.

Do I have to take a sales call?

Not to begin. You can answer the three questions below by email. If information is missing to define the work, we may suggest a short conversation. We may also conclude that the project is not justified.

What would you like to improve?

A short description is enough. The three questions are optional: what task would you improve, which tools do you use and what outcome would matter?
